Session Information
For everyone to experience the fun, relaxing and invigorating activity that swimming is. Dip your toe in, the water’s lovely!
Ticket Access
All tickets are non‑transferable and non‑refundable.
Your ticket provides access to the Lido facilities between 10:00am and 6:00pm.
Last entry is at 5:00pm, with the pool closing at 5:30pm.
The facility will close at 6:00pm.
Please note that height and safety restrictions apply to all slides, which may limit access. These restrictions are detailed here.
No refunds will be given if you’re unable to use certain facilities due to not meeting these restrictions. Final decisions rest with the on-duty lifeguard.
Child-to-Adult Ratio
Children under the age of 8 must be accompanied in the water and at all times on the premises by a parent or a responsible adult aged 18 or over.
There must be one responsible adult for every two children under 8 years old.
Discounted Tickets
When purchasing a discounted ticket, you’ll be required to provide valid proof of eligibility upon entry.
If acceptable evidence cannot be shown, you will be required to upgrade to a full‑price ticket.
Acceptable evidence includes:

Disabled Tickets
A valid Nimbus Access Card, which will be checked by our Customer Service team on arrival.

Carer Tickets
Carer tickets are valid only when accompanying a guest with a Disabled Ticket and a valid Nimbus Access Card.
Free carer entry is limited to the number of carers approved on the card. -
Military Tickets
A valid HM Armed Forces Veteran Card or Defence Privilege Card, which will be checked by our Customer Service team on arrival.
